What are the shipping timings?
Shipping times will vary to different locations globally, but as a general rule the following will apply -
UK: 2-3 days
Europe: 3-5 days
Everywhere Else: 5-7 days
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal or debit / credit card, in addition to credit options through Paypal.
Transactions are handled securely through Paypal and Wix Payments services, and none of your personal information will be processed or handled in any way by Nerd Shelf itself.
Which countries do you ship to?
Globally! We do not currently limit purchases from any country.
How long will it take to make my item?
This will vary from product to product, where some will ship on the same or next day, and others will take a few days to make. Production times are noted on each item, so please keep an eye out for this when making time-sensitive purchases!
What are the shipping prices?
Shipping prices will vary from country to country and are displayed during check out when placing your order. We are a UK based company and aim to use the most reliable postal service for each country dispatched to, however keep in mind when ordering from a distance, that shipping costs may be higher than when ordering domestically.
How often are products replenished when out of stock?
This will vary based on current demands and product features. When new products are being released, or when we're experiencing high demand, there may be periods where some items are not stocked as frequently. If you have any enquiries on any particular item, then please feel free to get in touch via nerdshelf.store@outlook.com if you've been waiting for a long time on any particular item to come in stock!
The option to subscribe to items is also available, so if you would like to be notified on new stock availability then please sign up! Product subscriptions are visible to us, so this will help us to re-stock quicker if you're waiting!
How do pre-sales / pre-orders work?
Some products which are out of stock or 'coming soon' will be flagged as available for pre-order, along with a date for release. You will be able to pre-purchase the item in anticipation of the next dated release, at which point the item will be dispatched to you.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, however please refer to the Terms and Conditions page for more information. Generally we're happy to accept returns on any items where there may be a fault present, or damages caused during shipping.
